We ship anywhere in the contiguous US (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally but check back soon.
Orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. We do not fulfill orders on national holidays.
We offer $6 flat rate shipping, but orders over $35 ship free. Shipping fees are non-refundable after a package has been dispatched.

Unopened, damaged, or defective products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of when you received it. Email us at hello@shoploveplants.com with photos of the damaged product if applicable, and we will send you a return shipping label.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For exchanges, please return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
